Q: This all sounds really cool, but I’m worried about my privacy. Can the Instructor see or download files off my computer?

 

A: Absolutely not. At no time can the Instructor download your files or see your private information. The only thing they will see is your screen, so they see what you see. If you would like them to download a file from your computer, you can send it through the file transfer box. We not only respect your privacy, we guarantee it.

 

Q: What if we get interrupted?

 

A: If at anytime the connection is lost we will make up the time so you get your full session. Otherwise please try to put aside time for your session so that you are not interrupted, as that is something we have no control over.

Q: How Do I pay?

 

A: You may pay online through our secure server using a credit card or Paypal, or you may pay over the phone.

 

Q: When are the Instructors available to do a session?

 

A: When you speak with an Instructor, you can discuss what time you would like to have your session, and he will book that time for you. Call (707) 494 1285 to speak with an Instructor about booking.

 

Q: Do you offer additional Services such as Mixing, Editing, or Mastering?

 

A: Yes. Ask your Pro Tools Instructor about this or email info@protoolshelpline.com. Sessions can be sent via the internet, Mixed/Edited/Mastered Professionally by one of our staff, and sent back to you.
